Mr Bheki Zulu

Bheki is an executive director of ILAF. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a Certificate in International Business and Management. He has served as a director in various companies and institutions and is the former chairman of the Black Management Forum in KwaZulu-Natal. He has worked as a senior manager in the private sector and state-owned companies in the areas of Organisation and Management Development, Human Resources, Transformation and Operations Management.

Mr Mbonisi Sibisi

Mr Mbonisi Sibisi joined the Ikusasa Le Afrika Foundation in June 2015 as the Programme Manager for Youth Development & Entrepreneurship, Education & Stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Marketing & Management). He previously worked in the Marketing division at BHP Billiton (Richards Bay) and then worked for the National Union of Metal Workers of Metal Workers SA as an organiser in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

sibusisiwe msomi

Miss Sibusisiwe Msomi

Miss Sibusisiwe Msomi joined the Ikusasa Le Afrika foundation as a finance officer in 2016. Before joining ILAF Miss Msomi worked for JPE Fluid and Power Technology as a bookkeeper. She also worked for Mion Holdings as an accountant in 2014 (To Confirm). She also held a position as a finance administrator at Nyathi Kitchen and Williams IDM as a trainee accountant. She holds a National Diploma in Accounting from Mangosuthu University of Technology and is currently studying towards Bachelor in Accounting Science through Unisa.

zandile mhlongo

Miss Zandile Mhlongo

Miss Zandile Mhlongo joined Ikusasa Le Afrika Foundation as the Executive Secretary. Before joining ILAF, she worked for Mion as an administrator and receptionist. She also worked for Swinton Coastal College as an external invigilator. She holds a higher certificate in Computer and in Retail and Wholesale.
