As part of our rural development mentorship program Ikusasa Le Afrika Foundation has opted to offer rural communities and agriculture and co-ops needs. A program that can help communities have sustainable key element in successful health and education intervention. It promotes healthy community and provides food security for low income families and also ensuring the intake of a nutritive balanced meal and easy access to fresh fruits and vegetables.

• We focus on managerial and business skills also bringing in literacy, numeracy and technology training.
• The program ensures that maximum yield from the land is achieved using the appropriate fertilizer, herbicide and pesticide program.
• Our program hopes to take the farmers from emerging to small scale, from small scale to commercial.

• The farming approach serves to change the quality of life for rural communities and their future generation.
• The vision for our mentorship is to support and strengthen opportunities which will unlock the entrepreneurial potential of emerging farmers and unemployment and also the youth.
• The farming approach will also assist in reducing poverty and health related sickness.
